Simple_11, I'm quite comfortable with the max-security inmates spending 23 hours a day locked in a cell, and being required to peddle an generator/exercise bike for 8 hours in order to get anything for food besides "prison loaf" and water.

"Lucky" is lying about his poor granny having to foot the bill. Inmates are guaranteed medical care under Federal court decisions. They have more guarantees of medical care than veterans who were wounded defending this country.
